A-Z Challenge Letter I

I is for Lady Illora Ryder, daughter of the Earl of Harrowby (who incidently was a real Earl and Secretary of the Foreign Office in 1806).

She's Greenleigh's love interest. A complicated woman, a woman of mystery. A challenge to everything Greenleigh wants in a woman.

We'll see what happens.

  1. Complicate mysterious women have always been my favorite in fiction.
Look forward to your challenge run…

  2. Thanks. She's definitely interesting. I'll have to give her that.

  3. An intelligent, challenging woman was often perceived as something of a threat, sadly.

  4. Hmmm, the more complicated the better. Make those men work for what they want!

  5. Nice hat, Anne. This lady sounds like an interesting character, I like the idea of a 'woman of mystery'.

Sometimes a challenge is exactly what the man wants, but he won't admit it.

Thanks for visiting my blog, much appreciated.
